Homes 'left without water' on weekends in Blackburn

Oh dear, it seems some of our neighbours in Blackburn have been having a bit of a dry spell on weekends lately! We're hearing reports of homes being left without water, which is never ideal when you're trying to get things done around the house. Hopefully, this gets sorted out sharpish for everyone affected.
